In loving honor of my grandson, Greyson Killough, and in the hope that his joy with and love of animals last a lifetime.
Camille was passionate about helping wounded veterans. Since equine therapy is a big part of helping veterans, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation here.
In loving memory of Lynne Louise Beeghly.
Winter was my 1st horse child❤️
Miss Trutti was Kathy’s first horse. She’d wanted a horse since she was a little girl and, finally, thanks to her sister Chris, Trutti the gift horse came to Kathy at about 18 months of age when Kathy was in her early 50s.
Pal and Garrett found a beautiful life of partnership and joy together. Pal passed onto the beautiful pastures of heaven, no doubt running healthy and free with Wendelin!!
Sad, Tragic, and Unnecessary Outcome for Wendelin. Sadly, after this video was taken, Wendelin was sent to two trainers not related to Parelli Natural Horsemanship. Apparently, these trainers were unable to address behavioral issues that were prohibiting Wendelin from being made available for adoption. Unfortunately, we learned that the decision was later made to euthanize Wendelin, according to the SPCA of Texas, due to behavioral issues.
Robin asked me if I would consider fostering three new horses that had come to the sanctuary hundreds of pounds underweight. Gem was a beautiful strawberry roan gaited/quarter horse mix. The only thing she wanted from humans was food. I had no idea what to do with her. I felt she was way beyond my level of natural horsemanship skill.
